We had a really great experience with Chill Transfers. We booked a transfer online for the trip from Ao Nang to Khao Lak, immediately received a confirmation and a link to pay by card. The price was about a third lower than what they offered us in the local offices. The driver was waiting for us at the agreed time at the pier in Ao Nang indicated by a sign. We spent the two-hour journey in a nice Toyota SUV, which was shiny not only on the outside, but also inside. The ride was comfortable and smooth. Thank you for the excellent service!

We booked 3 transfers, Phuket airport to Khao Sok, Khao Sok to Kata beach and Kata to Phuket airport. All drivers were there on time or earlier, we kind and professional, cars were clean. Especially the driver that took us to Kata beach really helped us because we booked an airbnb house that was really difficult to find. I suggest chilltransfers 100%, thank you!

Used Chill on four occasions through our Thai trip. Always on time with excellent drivers and the cars top rate. Trip back from Khao Lak to Airport in a hailstorm the driver was especially good. Always book Chill for Thailand.
I ordered Chill two weeks in advance and payed with PayPal. The drivers for both directions Phuket – Khao Lak and return, were perfect in time. After a bad weather forecast, Chill company suggested to me to leave half an hour earlier, and this was perfekt. I recommend this company to 100%!
Booked a transfer from Phuket to Khao Lak at the last minute and was not disappointed. The price was much less than other firms and the taxi was there on time with a lovely driver. The car was much fancier than expected which made the ride much more enjoyable.
Good service, and half the price of the hotel transfer. However, had to wait 20 minutes upon arrival for the driver (who was lovely!). And on the return trip, the driver was on time, but smoked a cigarette right before so the car smelled like smoke. Otherwise, everything was perfect and pleasant.
We booked a car from Khao Lak to Phuket Town on there website. Very easy to do they sent us a confirmation invoice and we paid. Tan was waiting for us at our pick up time. Our drive was 1 3/4 hours but didn’t seem that long as chatting with Tan was very informative about her country. She was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable with air conditioning and water for us. Also checking if we needed a toilet break on the way. We have already booked with them for return trip to airport. Thank you Tan you are great asset to Chill Transfers. 😊😊
